In my journey of transforming my own life from being an over weight young adult to a fit and healthy woman and on to becoming a figure competitor, I discovered a passion! A passion for health, fitness, and nutrition. It is not just a diet and exercise program - it is a way of life!
I am now dedicating myself to helping others find this passion and transform their lives and bodies into the healthy, fit individual they've always dreamed of becoming!
I have been a group fitness instructor for the last 3 years at the Spa. I developed a passion for fitness after many years of exercising and seeing the benefits of regular exercise. I have trained with some of the top trainers in this area and can share this experience with you! Try my cardio/pump class; together we will go through low and high intensity intervals, as well as weight training.
