How do I select a Personal Trainer?
Spa Athletic has a roster of qualified Personal Trainers. Our Training Director, David Rhodus, can help you choose the best trainer for you.  Getting started is easy - register for a FREE Consultation and we will work around your busy schedule.

How much Personal Training do I need?
The amount of Personal Training that you need depends upon you and your goals. Beginners and individuals seeking rapid results may want 2 to 3 sessions per week until a pattern is established; others may benefit from 1 to 2 sessions a week as a "maintenance" routine. Your trainer will gladly make a recommendation for your desired program.

Josh Collins:
I first got interested in fitness while playing high school sports. The drive created by my coaches inspired me to follow the path of fitness and to give back what I had learned.

 I am an experienced Bodybuilder who learned the ins and outs of nutrition and training through my own experience and competitions. I absolutely love transferring my knowledge to clients, and seeing them grow in fitness! I specialize in sports nutrition and strength training, so come see me and let me help you reach your goals!
